Rancho Santa Fe’s premier gourmet dining destination, Mille Fleurs, is accepting reservations for its special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day seatings. The restaurant will feature exciting menus put together by Chef Martin Woesle.
On Christmas Eve, diners will enjoy a Prix Fixe meal that will include a Jerusalem Artichoke Soup amuse-bouche and a choice of several appetizers including Bison Carpaccio. Main courses include several seafoods, beef, chicken, and vegetarian options, including Oven-Roasted Muscovy Duck Breast and Beef Filet in Peppercorn-Cognac Sauce. Dessert options include a fruit medley, “Buche de Noel” Chocolate Roulade, or Apple Fritters with English Cream.
Christmas Day diners are in for a treat, as well. Highlights from the full-course Christmas Day menu include a duck liver pâté appetizer, Grilled Local White Sea Bass with Steamed Green Cauliflower, Olives, and Tomato Pastis Sauce, and several gourmet dessert choices.
