Rancho Valencia’s gourmet restaurant, Veladora, will present their outstanding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner menu again this year.

This year, Veladora will present a lengthy menu featuring an inventive, three-course menu that stays true to its focus on local, Coastal Ranch cuisine. Appetizers include Tahitian Squash and Lobster Veloute and a roasted pork option with caramelized winter onion. Main course options range from a robust pork shank choice to more delicate Scottish trout. Finally, guests can select a caramelized apple tart, Grand Marnier Chocolate Flourless Cakem or a chocolate almond sponge cake with valencia citrus for dessert.
Veladora also boasts an extensive wine menu with over 600 hand-selected wines, and the expertise to suggest the ideal wine pairing.
