The Easter Mimosa Brunch menu will feature a host of traditional and inventive choices, including Southern California Lobster Benedict, Whole Roasted Tenderloin of Beef, Oven Roasted Mahi Mahi Fillet, and Arugula and Carlsbad Strawberry Salad.
Other options include an extensive seafood selection, a waffle and pancake station, a special kids selection, and a variety of gourmet desserts.
In addition to mimosas, Rancho Valencia will feature a variety of drink specials to complement the Easter brunch buffet.
