If you live in Rancho Santa Fe and have been wanting to start a new fitness routine, you are in luck! Zumba Fitness, a dance exercise program, is holding classes at the Rancho Santa Fe library on a trial basis. For three Fridays, starting on Friday, July 22nd and resuming on Friday, July 29th and Friday, August 5th, you can come and experience Zumba near your Rancho Santa Fe home. Class will start at 9:30 a.m. and will be finished before 10:30a.m. These beginning classes are appropriate for older adults. Zumba is a Latin inspired dance party that is fun and easy to follow. Created accidently when aerobics instructor Alberto "Beto" Perez forgot his typical class tapes and had to improvise with music on hand, Zumba make fitness approachable and entertaining.
