Executive Chef Todd Allison has crafted a three-course tasting menu featuring a host of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Main course menu features include a Slow Roasted Free Range Diestel Turkey, Oven Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, and a garden herb-crusted beef tenderloin. Diners can also select from a decadent dessert menu that includes a spiced pumpkin crème Brulee dish.
