The Rancho Santa Fe Art Guild will play host to an opening reception for featured artist Ron Spelman on July 12 at the Rancho Santa Fe Art Gallery.
Spelman’s work will be featured as part of the “From Eye to Heart to Hand” show, which will run throughout July and August at the gallery. Pieces in this show have been selected to build on a theme of integration. While Spelman works in the paint medium, other artists include local photographers such as Deborrah Henry, whose work focuses on landscape and architecture photography in India.
Guests will be treated to a light wine reception and a chance to view the new show at the gallery before the general public.
The Rancho Santa Fe Art Guild was founded in 1993 for the purpose of “supporting and encouraging visual artists in our community and county.” The group raises funds throughout the year in support of this mission as well as community art education.
