Leading Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty Broker, K. Ann Brizolis was invited to participate on an expert panel focusing on how to build and structure a successful real estate team. The panel, entitled “Built to Last: Structuring a Winning Team” was part of the 2019 Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates Global Networking Event held in Vancouver, Canada. The event welcomed nearly 2,000 members of the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand from 35 countries, to collaborate, learn, inspire, and celebrate the success of their brand and the global real estate industry.
During the panel, Brizolis discussed how she grew her business and team to be one of the leading real estate teams in San Diego and how she has continued to evolve and grow over the past 30 years. Brizolis discussed the unique structure and dynamics of her team and how they leverage the Sotheby’s International Realty brand to further their reach and dominance in the San Diego Luxury real estate market.

The discussion included a dialogue of the many different ways real estate teams are structured and emphasized that teams can exist successfully under many diverse scenarios.
