An exclusive group of 45 top Sotheby’s International Realty agents from across the country gathered in beautiful Montecito, California in August to attend the inaugural 2017 Market Leaders’ Forum.
Invited to represent San Diego, leading Rancho Santa Fe agent K. Ann Brizolis joined her elite peers to network and discuss strategic growth and best practices within the global luxury real estate space. "It's pretty unusual to have this group come together,” Brizolis says of the intimate gathering held on the breathtaking grounds of the Belmond El Encanto Hotel. “It's really so beneficial to meet other people who are doing what I do in their markets and to share clients. The world is truly a lot smaller than it used to be."
The two-day intensive forum was co-hosted by Sotheby’s International Realty agents Suzanne Perkins of Montecito and Bill Fandel of Telluride. Agents in attendance represented luxury markets throughout California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, Texas, Washington, and Washington, D.C. The weekend included events held at The Stonehouse Restaurant and the historic Villa Santa Barbara, owned by Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.
