Estancia will offer several special menus through the end of the year in celebration of the major holidays, all of which will incorporate fresh, inventive, local ingredients and expertly selected wine pairings.
Thanksgiving offerings on November 22 will include breakfast, brunch, and a formal dinner featuring Butter Basted Mary’s Organic Turkey with Sage and Cognac Sausage Stuffing. Estancia is also offering a gourmet take-out option for Thanksgiving.
Decemer 8 through 16, Estancia will play host to its annual Hannukkah dinners. Each meal will include unique items such as Leek Latke with Smoked Salmon or Zinfadel Short Rib with Parsnip.
Christmas meals include a lavish Christmas Eve feast in Estancia’s Adobe El Restaurante and several meal choices on Christmas Day. Guests can enjoy brunch or a Christmas Prix Fixe meal featuring Braised Beef Short Rib over Caramelized Veal.
