Hornblower’s City Lights Fireworks Dinner Cruises feature three-hour cruises of the San Diego Bay, a champagne toast, a gourmet, three-course dining experience, music and dancing, and last but not least, a special fireworks show at the end of the evening.
Dinner choices typically include steak, seafood, chicken, and vegetarian options and incorporate seasonal, local ingredients as much as possible. Guests might be treated to a grilled flat iron steak with four-cheese potato gratin, Loch Duart salmon with a miso soy glaze, or a roasted vegetable timpani, followed by a lush raspberry cheesecake. Throughout the meal, the views along the bay change with the courses.
