San Diego Oceans Foundation will play host to its 28th annual Sustainable Seafood Gala on March 7 at SeaWorld San Diego’s Dolphin Point and Manta exhibits.
This unique event differs from traditional, seated reception in that guests are treated to several food stations, manned by some of San Diego County’s best seafood chefs. The vast, varied menu is focused on sustainable seafood, including stuffed sea urchins and several types of sushi and sashimi.
Guests can also take part in an exciting, interactive dolphin and manta ray presentation, participate in a silent auction, enjoy live music and entertainment, and even catch a ride on the all-new Manta roller coaster.
