The 2011 San Diego Surf Cup XXXI soccer games began playing on the fields of Rancho Santa Fe and will last through August 1st. Men, women, boys, and girls all turn out to compete and watch this highly competitive event near your Rancho Santa Fe home. College scouts and coaches use this event as a means of previewing new talent, as well, and only the best teams from around the United States are invited to play at the event, which celebrates 31 years of tradition. Two hundred teams played last weekend and 168 older teams are scheduled to play this coming weekend.
