School begins on September 7, the Tuesday following Labor Day, for students residing in Rancho Santa Fe. It will be a FULL day. Registration took place last week, so call (858) 756-1141 or visit your school if you haven't registered yet. School supply lists have been posted and K-6 grade parents can access the lists here. As a reminder Mondays are late start days, with school beginning at 9:10 a.m. On all other weekdays, school begins, as usual, at 8 a.m. Minimum day hours for grades K/1 are 8 am-12 pm and grades 2-8 from 8 am-12:35 pm.
September 3 is the Newcomers' Orientation and Picnic, located at the Performing Arts Center, from 10:30 am-12:30 pm, so be sure to stop by if you've just moved in or had a kindergartner! A tour of the school and introduction to the staff will take place, followed by "Meet Your Teacher" and a picnic lunch. A Meet and Greet Back to School Coffee will also be held for all parents at 8:15 a.m. on the first day of school in Rancho Santa Fe.
