Rancho Santa Fe residents of all ages have a chance to win prizes and tickets to fun events in and around Rancho Santa Fe this winter. Take the Winter Reading Challenge at the Rancho Santa Fe Branch Library, located at 17040 Avenida de Acacias this month! By checking out five items, attending a library program, or writing a review between now and January 15th, you can earn prizes. Prize entry tickets will be awarded for each completed task.
Every week five new tickets will be drawn and prizes distributed. Art sets, board games, thumb drives, coffee mugs, beverages, and tickets will all be awarded, although not everyone will win a prize. Find out more details by calling 858.756.2512.
Also, just in case, you’ve accrued library fines this year, Rancho Santa Fe Public Library offers a monthly “Fine Free Friday.” This month you can bring in your overdue books on Thursday, December 30th instead, since the library will be closed on New Year’s Eve. Don’t miss your opportunity to start 2011 with no fines!
