This Saturday, August 6, the Rancho Santa Fe Library will host its summer reading finale. A program by The Ocean Adventure Children’s Program featuring “The Australia Great White Shark Expedition" will begin at 1 p.m. Participants will also enjoy a snow cone social. To join in the fun, visit the Rancho Santa Fe Community Center Saturday afternoon.
While you’re visiting the library, be sure to stop by the art exhibits and view the paintings of Rancho Santa Fe Guild Artist Margot Wallace. Wallace’s art will be on display through September 3. You may also want to pick up the latest Book Club selection, Pearl of China by Anchee Min. The next Book Club meeting will be held on August 13 at 2 p.m. in the Rancho Santa Fe Library Community Room. If you need a little more time to get started on a new book, September’s selection Persuasion, by Jane Austen will be discussed on September 10 at 2 p.m.
