Go Kart racing is right around the corner if you live in Rancho Santa Fe! The Rancho Santa Fe Community Center and K1 Speedway in Carlsbad are teaming up to celebrate on March 18th from 12:30-4:30 p.m. Moms, Dads, kids, and friends are welcome to attend this exciting event away from your Rancho Santa Fe home. Racers must be at least four feet tall to race and at least five years old. A driver's license is not required to race like Speed Racer at K1. The cost is $75 per person and includes qualifying laps, two races, medals, and an awards ceremony presentation for the group. Guests are asked to wear closed-toe shoes and to bring a sack lunch. Cameras are encouraged, too. The K1 Speedway has been open since 2003 and is an exciting way to spend your minimum day!
