Each Friday features a different region or country. Upcoming trips “Around the World” include Greece, Chile, Spain, Australia, France, and California. The “Around the World” adventure is one enhancement that Del Mar Country Club’s new Executive Chef, Tommy DiMella has created.
Chef DiMella brings over a decade of experience to the kitchen, including years spent at the Pamplemousse Grille and L’Auberge Resorts, and time spent in Milan discovering European cuisine. He believes in combining farm-fresh ingredients (including those grown in the Club Garden) to create colorful, modern, creative tastes and sophisticated, tasty, comfort foods.
