The special Mother’s Day brunch menu features a varied selection of intricate dishes, including the Maine lobster bisque appetizer, a sea scallop and risotto entree, and an oven-roasted chicken breast dish featuring olive mashed potatoes, morel-jus and zucchini flan. The dinner menu includes the addition of dishes like beet salad with chèvre and oro blanco grapefruit, grilled Alaskan wild troll king salmon with a curry-lemon sauce, and sautéed veal sweetbread salad.
