The beautiful Hotel del Coronado has transformed their Windsor Lawn into an ice rink so that you can enjoy an experience unique to Southern California: ice skating amidst palm trees overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Not only is this a great opportunity to enjoy some seasonal fun with your family, but some of the proceeds will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego.
The skating rink is open through January 1 and then again from January 6 through January 8. Three skating sessions are offered daily: two 3-hour sessions from 2pm-5pm and 6pm-9pm, as well as a 2-hour matinee from 11am-1pm. The longer sessions cost $25 for adults, $20 for kids. The matinee is $20 for adults, $15 for kids.
