Hearts and Arts Exhibit

Hearts and Arts Exhibit

On December 9, join the Corazon de Vida Foundation for Hearts and Arts, an art exhibit to benefit the children of Baja. Learn about the work the Corazon de Vida Foundation is doing in Baja orphanages as you enjoy fine food, drinks, and art. You'll kick off the evening with a tequila tasting and sampling of delicious hors d'oeuvres. There will also be a private wine tasting, and staff from the Cuban Cigar Factory will be on hand to give a cigar rolling demonstration. Take the opportunity to bid on art during the silent auction and special kids art auction, or take your chances at the raffle. Over the course of the event, enjoy salsa and merengue music from Puerto Rico by Manny Cepeda.

The Corazon de Vida Foundation is a U.S.-based non-profit founded in 1994. They provide children in Baja orphanages with housing, food, clothing, education, and healthcare. The event will take place at the Alexander Salazar Fine Art Gallery. The gallery is one of three art spaces in downtown San Diego owned by respected art dealer and Harvard alum Alexander Salazar. He has over 15 years of experience as an art dealer in Boston, MA as well as California. He holds two master's degrees, one in Theology and Art and the other in Sociology and Art.

The exhibit will take place from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The gallery is located at 1040 7th Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101. Tickets cost $30 in advance or $45 at the door. To reserve your tickets, visit here.
