The Rancho Sante Fe Garden Club presents an Evening with Karna Small Bodman on March 1. Serving as the highest-ranking woman on staff in the Ronald Reagan White House, Karna’s political experience runs deep. Her final post in the White House was as Senior Director of the National Security Council. She was also a television news anchor and reporter for 15 years.
Drawing on her political and media experiences, Karna has become a bestselling author of political thrillers including Checkmate, Gambit, and Final Finesse. Her fourth book will be released soon. Karna and her husband Dick are new homeowners in Rancho Santa Fe. From 5:30 – 7:30 on March 1, Karna will discuss how she has woven her rich experiences into her successful and exciting works of fiction.
Tickets cost $30 for members and $45 for non-members and include an autographed copy of one of Karna’s thrillers, Wine and Cheese. Visit the Rancho Santa Fe Garden Club website to learn more about this and other upcoming events, and to register with a credit card.
