If you are looking to help your child increase their sporting skills this summer, Speed To Burn can help. Offered to kids who live in Rancho Santa Fe, this speed camp , held July 25th through July 29th from 9a.m. to 12 p.m., will be conducted by Speed To Burn Director, Paul Wright, and his team of coaches. The cost of the camp is $175. Kids will learn a variety of training techniques to enhance speed, improve balance and agility, develop better techniques, and build confidence. All athletes will improve their performance using their tips. The camp offered at Horizon Church, on 6365 El Apajo Road, near your Rancho Santa Fe home, will include training in proper running form & technique, running muscle strengthening, agility & balance drills, concepts involved in first-step explosion and lengthening strides, along with improving reaction time and acceleration.
