Join Rancho Santa Fe community organization The Country Friends on July 22 for the Day at the Races fundraiser at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club. The celebration will mark 48 years for this annual, much-anticipated community event.
“Back in the Race” will take place during the day’s races in the Seabiscuit Skyroom. Attendees will be treated to a buffet catered by Fairbanks Ranch, a silent auction, a men’s and women’s hat contest, and a selection of wines and light hors d'oeuvres. Del Mar Thoroughbred Club’s Seabiscuit Skyroom provides an excellent vantage point to take in the races.

The Country Friends is a charitable community organization based in Rancho Santa Fe focused on raising funds for a wide variety of community agencies, especially those dedicated to helping youth and the elderly who are dealing with unmet medical needs. The Country Friends mission is “helping people to help themselves since 1954.”
