Karlie believes that hard work, determination and discipline produce success. Her tenet that “nothing worth having comes easily” has shaped her into the organized, motivated and hard-working professional that she is today. With a great passion for luxury Real Estate, Karlie is an integral part of Brizolis Janzen & Associates. Her mantra, “Don’t sit and wait for opportunities to come; get up and make them” contributes to the team’s overall success. 

Background                

After graduating from Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University with a degree in Marketing, Karlie pursued a path leading to the Real Estate industry. Utilizing her marketing knowledge, she joined Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in Rancho Santa Fe as a Marketing Coordinator. In this position she gained a keen insight into the platforms and tools needed to succeed in real estate. In her current role as Administrative Associate, Karlie brings a fresh, positive perspective to Brizolis Janzen & Associates.

Karlie’s dedication and acute organizational/time management skills allow her to eagerly confront the challenges that are inherent in the real estate profession and to meet critical deadlines with great attention to detail. Affiliations

Born and raised in San Diego, Karlie was a member of several nonprofit service organizations such as Feeding San Diego and Wounded Warriors, where she volunteered her time to lend a hand to those in need, promoting health and supporting those facing hunger.
